By accessing or using ip.xaygo.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

ip.xaygo.com provides free, browser-based tools for checking your public IP address, running IP geolocation lookups, performing network speed tests, and detecting DNS or WebRTC leaks. The Service is offered without any warranty or guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service for automated bulk requests that could degrade performance for other users.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service.
• Use the Service to facilitate any illegal activity or to harm others.
• Scrape or republish our content without attribution.

3. Accuracy of Information

Geolocation data is provided on a best-effort basis using third-party databases and Cloudflare's network metadata. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any geolocation information. Results should not be used for critical decisions, legal proceedings, or any purpose requiring certified accurate location data.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on this site are the property of ip.xaygo.com unless otherwise noted. The underlying open-source libraries (Leaflet.js, etc.) are subject to their respective licenses.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party APIs and infrastructure (Cloudflare, ipify.org, ipwho.is, OpenStreetMap). We have no control over the availability or accuracy of these services and accept no liability for disruptions caused by them. Their use is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ip.xaygo.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. An updated "Last updated" date will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
